Two sisters, kindred spirits, Diane Metz and Susan Bruno, together they share their
creative visions in jewelry creation and professional photography. Their nature
photography draws you in, to share an intimate look at our world, images now presented
as greeting and note cards, each handmade and individually designed. These artists
discovered they each had a desire to design and create distinctive jewelry, distinctive
to themselves as well. Diane began creating handmade wearable art glass, which
was a transition from designing and hand making stained glass art windows. She
transformed pieces of stained glass and Dichroic glass, into wearable glass art in
a multitude of colors and shapes; from hearts, circles, and free form designs. Each
cut and fused, while layering different elements of design within each piece.
Susan studied jewelry wire wrapping and fell in love with wire and beads jewelry
design. As in illustrator before photography she has an eye for combinations of lines,
color and texture creating jewelry for many personalities. Creations by ds designs
and hand make all their pieces, a natural expression of nature, art and love.
