The Creative Process
Once you place your order, I plan towards a 4 to 6-week delivery date. It's good to know the closing date as well. Rush art, art that is needed sooner than one month may have rush fees.
The Photograph
Step 1
The first step is getting in touch with me, either by the contact form on our contact page or simply by calling. I usually prefer the MLS listing sent to me before I go to photograph the house, to ensure I’m at the correct address. If you are out of state, I’ll need high-resolution images to work from.
The Finished Rendering
Step 2
Once I have my photographs, I can discuss with you which angle you prefer and any other particulars. I begin the house illustration using digital painting, with brushes, and filters. The pixels are treated like wet paint on paper, by using digital brush techniques. Once I print out the art on fine art paper, I begin pen and ink directly on the art. Paint is next bringing out the flowers, shrubs and leaves.

Step 3
Framing the art is of course the last step. You may also have a preference here with what color and style frame you would like. I can email images with the art in the frames so you can make a final choice.
